Thank you!! My biggest change has been portion control!! For example, instead of a huge bowl of cereal in the morning I started to actually measure out a cup. I had a severe case of portion distortion! lol.
I'm also training for a 10 K race in September (I decided to give myself lots of time!) So I've up'd my running for sure.
