I was told after my gall bladder surgery that I had to lose weight. I was doing so well and weight was down to 85kgs. Then we (partner, his mother and I)had to move. And thats where I went down hill. I went back on the soft drink and the junk food.
I noticed my weight gain when I weighed myself at the doctors and I had gained back everything I had lost =(
I went to put on my favourite pair of jean shorts and I couldn't get them over my hips. I was so saddened by this and I knew that I had to get back on the horse and stop my soft drink/junk food habit. I drink plenty of water ( 3 750ml bottles of refrigerated tap water) and I do eat healthy meals as well. But my downfall was falling back onto old habits.
So starting yesterday I have a plan to cut out my soft drink habit by having only 1 can every 2 days.
I liked it when I was in hospital for 7 days without food and water, that had kicked the soft drink habit in the butt lol.
