thank god its all come off after my 2 week BINGE!!!

Lisaappleton, you have lost a lot of weight! I noticed when we were both doing the Walk/Jog 10 miles a week Challenge. Keep going!

Naughty. The big thing is that you're back. You didn't miss a lot. Just the same old keeping on about keeping or getting it off. You know...

thanks all. I had a very indulgent two weeks but I think that as I had been sticking to my weight loss plan 100% in the weeks before my body handled it a lot better. As soon as the binge was over the weight just fell off. Im actually 2lbs lighter than I was at the start of my binge. :)
