How can this happen? I have a new job I have been on my feet for 8 hours a day , I jogg on my wii when i get home for 30 minutes I eat about the same amount of calories but I have a large dinner at probably 7 o clock I have gained two pounds so far in three days? all this exercising standing ! I need to drink more but I can't have a drink when Im on the tills! proper fed up ! why is it happening~?
