GOOOOOOOOOOD MORNIN EVERYONE!!!...cept for my nose feelin really dry im good to go again..been using nose spray to keep it from being so dried out last few days...27 outside this morning ..wind chill of 19...but im going for a morning walk and thats all ther is to it...then headed out to brians once again to help him...got the transmission out of a truck yesterday and need to work on a few other things today an tomow..weather here this week is nicer with more sun shine thur the daytime...an warmer temps as well...i did go walkin inside yesterday morning, but only did 30 min before i was tired...so although i feel better my energy level needs to build back up again...i was tired yesterday when i came home an salt was my friend..so naturally the scales are up some today compared to what it should be..but ive decided to quit using the scales everyday cause they just fluxuate ?? from day to day ...an weigh in once a week like i use to...besides as long as i watch what i eat, which i normally do and the pants keep gettin looser, the heck with what the scales say...only a number...and not always a number that tells the whole story...soooooo....gonna eat breakfast in a few an then layer up once again...an head out for that morning walk...have a great day...hope everyone is doing great!!!
