I am at the highest weight I've ever been, and I feel like I'll never get to shed this fat. I do 30 pushups - 50 situps - 5' jumping rope x 3 times a day, and I have stopped using the elevator and I go up and down 5 floors with the stairs 4 times a day, also I try walking as much as I can, given my very pressing schedule.

It's only been 3 days and I feel overwhelmed and pretty much a failure because although I already feel sort of healthier, after stopping junk food for just 3 days, I am very impatient and when I look myself in the mirror I hate what I see, and the worst thing is that my clothes don't fit.

Also the fact that I have never been that heavy again makes me very anxious, I find it really pressing, like it's something very bad which it's not. My mother asked me how much I weigh and I lied to her because she kept guessing that I was around 56-57kg while I am 61... She is 64 and she is almost 60yo, and I felt very bad telling her about my weight... so I went with it.

It sucks but I am decided to keep up until I reach my goal weight.
