Cut it to just two eggs instead of three and added more okra. Love this meal.

Eggs & okra? How did you cook the okra? It’s one of my FAVS, but I’ve never thought about having it with eggs.

Oh man! I LOVE this. My last baby is made up of this meal. Lol! I plop some butter in a skillet, heat it up, throw lots of frozen okra in there and cook with a sprinkle of nutritional yeast until not slimy and starting to blackened. Then I pour in my whisked eggs, lower the heat, and scramble WITH the okra.
