Feeling kinda smug about the nutrition today!
Done with lunch. I feel full but not stuffed, and the diet calendar is telling me I'm at only 766 calories, but with 71g of protein, 40g of fiber, and 16g of fat (mostly unsaturated and almost none saturated).
Feels good!
