It is so hard to control my diet in social situations! Date night last night turned into a catastrophe- 2 beers, giant egg roll, sesame chicken w/ white rice, and an ice cream w/ waffle cone. I have such a hard time saying no! Back on track today!

I feel that social flip flop. We must find a way to keep loving and stay within our own plans

Yes! Subconsciously I think “no one else is watching what they eat — go ahead and live a little”. My biggest problem is that sometimes I don’t immediately return to my diet for my next meal.
