Diario de bonrat, 25 mar. 14

I've been traveling for the past 6 days and I am sure that I have not lost. Will not weigh until I have been home a couple of days and can get my body back on a sensible track again. I even made myself ill eating a banana split--it was sugar-free ice cream but the hot fudge and caramel sauces did me in! Nothing is worth the 4 hours I spent in pain and nausea after that indulgence. I ate 75% of the thing and should have stopped before I began or after about 30% of it. Live and learn, but I was beginning to think it was die and too late to learn!!

How often can we say we couldn't finish an ice cream sundae? I'm glad I really don't care for ice cream.
