Diario de Questfor20, 07 abr. 21

Thought I did horrible this past weekend. I had a delicious reuben with fries Saturday night and yummy Easter dinner ham and fixings on Sunday. I did not get on scale Monday morning... I did not want to see the damage. I was feeling so good last week but this week not as good. Not killing the steps this week but trying to get there. Anyway, decided to peek at scale today and lost another pound. If I can't get my steps in, I try to cut back on my food intake. Whatever I'm doing seems to be working. Hoping to reach my goal weight by my 56th birthday in June.
