Today I am feeling a bit down, before I joined here I was 28lbs heavier and I lost that and it seemed like WOW it came off kinda fast, but now I am doing the same well even better with eating anf exercising and it seems like I am stuck...I mean I guess i can exercise more, but I am getting obsessive thinking about it. I just would love to be under 200 lbs before Summer, I know I can do it, I don't care if I am 199.9 I want to be under 200 lbs again I haven't been for about 3 years now and I am disgusted!

What can you do to get yourself motivated? How did you lose the weight before? Would exercising moderately or a bit more than you have been and writing down what you eat help you get back on track? Plateau's help the body adjust to weight loss then our bodies start losing again. Maybe you are at a plateau? How about some new dvd's to shake it up a bit? Some different foods? Are you in a rut with your eating? Just some things to think about. I wish you so much luck with it all. Just hang in there. :-)
