I weigh in tommorrow and I feel like the scale is not going to move for me. I have been doing alot of thinking and I believe I have not had my correct water intake for the last few days. I saw last week how it made a difference. I was so thirsty yesterday and my lips were so dry and my urine stayed dark longer. So I know my body was telling me I didn't drink my water. Atkins can't work if the water isn't kept up. So I will work harder at it. I used to own a gallon travel water bottle with all this neat info of water importance on the outside of the bottle I wish I could find another one. You fill it, its empty you know you had your gallon. I bought chia seed for fiber. 4 grams fiber, 4 carbs so 0 net carbs...PER TABLESPOON! Much better than pills! (not enough water probably also effected my bowels I'm sure.)
