For anyone interested in fast "must read" books. The first one is "must have". Also great lectures and interviews by Jason Fung available on YouTube. Highly recomended.

I read "The clever guy diet" my Dr. Mosley ans that was my absolutely favourite book. And I practiced different forms of fasting (dry, 48 non dry) and intermittent. Intermittent diet 16/8 (18/6 at times) is my lifestyle just now. Very deep approach and I want to second you on that.

Yulia1 -im sure you would be able to do anything. It's hard at first, same as 16/8 for some people -who think this is impossible. But once you test yourself and done say 24hour fast (with water), then 48hour fast (with water) - dry can become easy. Dry fast helps kill external bacteria in body (no our gut bacteria, but caught bacteria as flue or tummy bug), as they cant "feed of liquid. So dry fast can be an express method for "killing your flue" or something. You will love the book (no mention of dry fast there tho..). xxx
