Hello all!
To those that think my food diary looks super odd - you are totally right! I am in a gastroparesis flare right now meaning that any foods I eat and liquids - mainly water, cause me extreme pain and I tend to throw them up.
I am really only tracking my weight and liquids at the moment to keep a general idea of when I need to alert my medical team that we have a problem.
For those doubters who want to think I am covering my derriere with gastroparesis and think I have an eating disorder. I am sorry! I did use to have a light eating disorder due to being a very elite-level athlete, however, most days now, I would give anything to be able to eat without pain.
