Diario de ejgraves, 28 ene. 11

I really think I need a new scale! How could I GAIN a pound when I have been SOOO good the past two weeks? I haven't even come close to my RDI and I've been working out for about 3 hours everyday (both cardio and weight resistance)! Why can't I get below 180?! Well, there goes my excitment over fitting into some old jeans. Its easy to blame the scale but in reality I guess I'm doing something wrong.

maybe you are gaining lots of muscle with all the exercising your doing. Muscle weighs more than fat. Keep up the good work!!

Thank you for your encouragement razorbacks =D I guess I just really want that number on the scale to go down. Otherwise I don't feel like I'm getting anywhere.
