I'm so happy with this weight loss. it doesn't feel like a chore at all. I have just been calorie counting. I don't us any specific diet because It would make me feel like I'm missing out. I'd want to eat whatever the diet restrictions were. so with calorie counting I can eat whatever I want as long as I stay within my calorie limit . this is something that can last long term vs other restricting diets
