Today was not a very good day. I didnt have dinner because I just wasnt in the mood. Everyone keeps saying I need more calories but yet I have to stay at or beneath 20 net carbs. I dont know. Its not like I havent read the books. My sleeping pattern is all screwed up. But 2morrow is a new day. I am going to try to somehow throw more calories in my diet. Idk how but lets hope this works. Eventhough the books say you dont have to count calories idk wh it really matters.

I don't see coffee in your food list (which is good - I'm told), but I coudn't give it up, and it doesn't seem to change my loss much, but I find I can add a lot of fat and calories by adding heavy cream to the coffee. It is hard for me to get all the fat they say....

Use real butter! Pretty much everything we make, we cook. Cook it, heat it, saute it with butter! Even my 'treat' has a little bit of butter which helps with cals and consistency. Its a tbl spoon butter, 4 tbl spoons all natural PB, 4 table spoons cream cheese and sometimes I put in a tbl spoon of protein powder and a tbl spoon of splenda. Now, I only get a table spoon a day as a treat, but it sure helps with the sweet tooth! ~tig
