I'm so grateful for this community and all those that gave me advice.
So, I've been struggling with keto, because I dont see any weight loss and I feel fatigued and haven't been sleeping, but since Ihaven't been losing weight it naturally doesn't feel worth it. After chatting to a few wonderful people today, I've reassessed my approach and am now going to lower my total carb intake. Up until now, I was focus on net carbs, irrespective of total carbs, now I'll keep total carbs to below 25 and let's see how this plays out. Also, I've invested in ketone strip tests which should arrive by Thursday and will hopefully help me get on track. I'm determined to give keto another month, let's see how it goes.
