Thanks for all your suggestions. I took deb_nash's advice and added a low kcal meal at dinner 210 kcal. Kept my total under 1,000 and spent 9 hours on my feet lecturing. Net effect for today was a negative -2409 kcal. I hope this helps me on my quest, I just wish I had a scale to check. Man am I hungry. Guess I'll go get another glass of water as was suggested.

You should NOT be hungry! (That is, if it is true hunger and not just cravings!) Add some complex carbohydrates like vegetables to your diet, and maybe a little fat in the form of olive oil. These will stay in your stomach longer and prevent you from being hungry. If you continue like you are now, you will eventually start eating anything that is available to you. Make sure you're not hungry!
