What’s the full macros on this? I thought cottage cheese would be a good idea for pancakes but never tried 😋

Fat 10.76 Carb 63.56 Protein 30.76 Just for pancakes 🥞 I’m so full now that I don’t think I’ll manage anything else until dinner 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

What is on them? I would have to lower the carb on it because 75g is what I am having a day 🤣

100g low fat cottage cheese 10g oats (blitz into flour 🤷‍♀️) 10g protein powder Little bit cinnamon Bit of baking powder 1 egg yolk (whites are whisked and then mixed together) Bit of lemon juice 40g mashed banana I’ve added blueberries and topped with bit of banana and sugar free syrup

You welcome 🙂they are really nice to be fair and as I don’t worry too much about macros as long as I hit my protein I can enjoy them every now and then 🙂

Well I wouldn’t care much if I was you, your current weight is my goal on FS!!😂😂😂 Pancakes are so good!

Though I’ve been 69kg back in September also so slow and steady for me 😂😂 + I love my food and can’t function on low calories 🤷‍♀️ Feel dizzy specially exercising if I don’t eat enough 🤷‍♀️
