Not as much as I wanted, but it's still going down, even if it is by so little. Think perhaps it might be best to weigh my food to at least get a better idea. (I'm not that heavy into those kinds of details). Then save it, because it is always the same foods and amounts, but I guess at the weight when I add the foods. Anyway, I think I can push a little harder in my workouts. Yesterday's HIIT session felt slightly easier than Tuesday and especially last week's.
