Fasted 22 hours. Had a very nice walk with my roommate and dog, then came home and devoured a big vegetarian taco salad. First time I have put a half an avocado on. (For some reason I have been intimidated by them.) Delicious! Also had a small portion of oven French fries, not pictured.

I just learned a new avocado trick the other day. If you take the unused half and store it in water (pit or not), it will keep longer than other means, and you aren't wasting plastic, etc.

I could eat taco salads almost every day! But, I do put lean hamburger and salsa on mine. Sometime, try a grilled chicken "fiesta" salad with corn, black beans and all those other goodies. So good! Oh, and if I'm being honest, I crunch up a few tortilla chips on top... now, I'm hungry!
