Your chart looks really good. Unfortunately, stress is something we all just have to deal with and things may get worse before they get better (in case you haven't heard :-) ). I'm not the best when it comes to exercise (to the contrary) but when I feel really stressed out, nothing makes me feel better than a good workout. If there is a steam room handy, that can help turn things around as well. Hang in there Dantedog, you are doing fine!
