I'm now getting serious about hitting my goal weight by the end of March. I have just completed a 5-day detox cleanse and is getting closer to my goal. This time, I'll eat better and commit to working out. Not having any food for 5 days showed me that I can control what I eat and that my body will tell me when it needs nourishment. All my excess eating is coming from habit. Five days of getting the toxins out of my system allowed me to sleep better!! I used to have to drink a glass of wine every night, thinking that it's the only way I could fall asleep. I used to suffer from insomnia. Not anymore. Only after 5 days!
