Diario de Sarafinia, 23 mar. 21

Finished the cabbage soup diet lost 4#. New day today. Felt like grabbing a pizza today, but that would be stupid. I realize chicken is my friend and beef is my enemy, so I will make all my lunches for the week today and freeze them and will eat normal meals with hubbie.
