Going strong! This is my first week, and I'm in such a great mental place that my decisions to do the right thing are coming easily. I've been struggling for months to find this mental place. Once I'm here, so long as I'm strong over my own stupid emotions, my decisions will stick. Its how I became a vegetarian 13 years ago. Hopefully, I see a drop in my weight when I weigh in tomorrow morning. My workplace is going to host a Biggest Loser contest. We start with weigh-in on 3/2 and it runs through the end of April. I'm going to win. Heh. Motivation! :P
