So i'm back at it. Been a miserable year so far with a little bit of depression eating I suppose. I kept saying I was going to refocus as I know I can but just haven't had a motivation factor to do so and have had set backs including breaking my hand so I lost ski time and was just sitting around eating. So i'm setting a couple goals here and now.
Goal 1 <200 by My first daughters birth (Date ~ May 5) Goal 2 <175 (my wedding weight) by my daughters first birthday Goal 3 <150 Final Goal Weight by her second birthday.
I think the first goal is a little aggressive but doable. Where as the other goals are 100% on me if I don't get there.
