Very cool 😍 I do 18:6 and love it. My stomach literally tells me when it's 12 and time for my first meal. Some days I am even able to push it out to later and don't wanna collapse with hunger. IMF all the way ❤️

i also love IF and today will be day 2 of IF 16:8 for me... the results are most definitely worth it....

I've been fasting on an 18:6/16:8 (depending on my mood) schedule for almost 3 years. my life has changed in so many ways. eventually you start to lose less weight from fasting, but with calorie restriction it is consistent. the first few months are always more dramatic. but. I attribute fasting to so many more benefits (for me) than just weight loss. I used to have crippling migraines. I rarely even get small minor headaches now. my skin is radiant (and I have always had problem skin) and I very rarely get uncontrollable cravings anymore. and I believe that has come from internal healing aided by the process of fasting regularly. Thomas deLauer on YouTube has excellent videos that explain the science.

My goal is to reverse my insulin resistance and lose weight at a normal pace and i read IF can help so im very hopeful, i have been overweight from the time i was 9 years, i couldn't control my cravings for sugary treats but with IF i dont even have sugar cravings anymore!😃😃😃👌
