Diario de blurazzberi, 24 ene. 11

I weigh more than I ever have in my life right now!!! :( I have been logging all my food faithfully for the last few days and making sure I don't go over my burned calories, but I keep slowly gaining. I don't know what to do!! It is so depressing, I didn't record my weight this morning because I was so pissed. sigh....well no matter what it says tomorrow I will weigh in.

I joined two challenges, I am going to focus on getting some exercise and continue logging all my food. It really helps knowing exactly how many calories you eat every day.

I want to leave fat land forever. I'm trying to stay positive, but it's not happening right now. I feel like a walrus waddling around trying to stay upright. uuuggg!!!

I was looking over your food journal and noticed your carbs were a little high, its good to try to stay around 200g per day. I also noticed your fat was creeping on up there, I read its good to stay around 30-35g per day. Your sodium was a bit high as well, its good to stay around 1500mg per day (i'm still struggling w/this one ... I LOVE SALT). Suggestions might be to try a low fat creamer, low sodium soups, low fat butter & cheese as well as maybe low sugar/carb fruit snacks...? Just some suggestions. I've been trying to do my homework on dieting and whats good & bad. Hope I was able to help... if even just a smidge :)

Thanks so much...that does help a lot. I really don't know much about what milligrams of what is healthy, so I appreciate it. :) I think the cream in my coffee is a lot of the fat. I'm going to try to find something else. Also trying to get more protein in there.
