Hi - I also wrote out what I bought today at the supermarket. It all looked pretty healthy - Im glad to see that someone else thinks like me!! I haven't had any pasta in two weeks but I did buy a spagetti squash to try a recipie with. BTW I live on the East Coast- No fresh scallops today here in NJ. Good Luck with your diet.

Mmm, mmmm, that sounds yummy because it sounds so healthy :] i hate binges too, and have been having a lot of problems with them- I either cant eat the food at all [so i need to stay away from it] or i end up having a crapload. Sucks and i get so frustrated with myself :[ but one thing i found that cures that problem is having healthier versions of the 'forbidden' foods and more often. It sounds contradictory, but its works. One of my weaknesses used to be almonds and i would eat way too much when I did have them. Now i try to eat just ten a day and i am not tempted to binge on them because i'm pretty bored with them lol
