Well, its time for me to be honest and accountable for myself. I've been working the last few weeks to get my calories under control and make healthier choices. I've also been trying to remind myself when I want to reach for the wrong things, "skinny girls don't eat donuts." Ok, thats not necessarily true, but it helps keep my focus there. I'm also looking for activites I can do that are fun, not just working out, but things I find fun that just so happen to be exercise. I even decided to reach back into my high school days and created myself a flag from my flag corps. days. Its a lot of fun and great upper body work. Ok, maybe I'm a geek, but it works for me. :P
