Diario de angie-leigh, 14 mar. 21

I really hope i haven't undone all my hard work this past week. I've been at a friend's and haven't worked out in 5days,havent been able to weigh myself either 😭 have been sticking to my calories tho, so not a total blunder 🤔 better next week 😛

You’ll be right! Weight goes up and down no matter what you do - you stuck to the eating plan, that’s the main thing, so well done! 👍🏼🌟 See if you can get some walks in.

Your right 😁 thanks for that. I'll try walking more. I normal3work out when my daughter sleeps but now she doesn't nap during the day, that time has changed from afternoons to around 930pm after shes in bed, settled and I've done my chores for the night 😭😴 lol Will keep it up, maybe i should lower my daily intake!?

Your daughter is a toddler? Put her in a stroller and take her for a long walk. Great exercise for you, good stimulation for her.

I do, we go on jogs together 😊 she's 2yrs ❤️ but still need to do my workouts lol
