I was bummed to lose only a pound and half this week. I have made such huge changes in my eating habits I feel like I should be losing a lot more each week. I went from drinking milk and Coke (and no water) every day to drinking only water. (Almost a gallon a day)I also used to eat pasta for either lunch or supper every day in huge portions sizes which I no longer do. I haven’t had pasta, white bread or white rice in two months. I estimated I was eating about 5000 Calories a day and am now eating 1200 high protein low carb calories. It’s been 8 weeks. I started at 216 and am now 197. What more can I do in order to boost the weight loss?
