Paneer / milky products do not agree to my gut bacteria . 🥺🤞🏽🙏🏽Mental Note 📝. So weight is dropping but I think since it’s a new scale when I hit 61 kgs I will feel assured something is working .Giving myself till end Feb to hit 61/60 kgs. Protein Shake abs coconut cream seems to be doing the trick . Intermittent fasting ( not deliberately though ) from supper to lunch . Lunch is a shake and nuts chutney Toast . Supper is curry with no bread
