Beautiful Wednesday to you all! Breakfast: egg,sausage slimwich and fruit and cottage cheese.1 cup coffee,Water,Water,Water. Lunch: salad with chicken. Dinner: Small bowl of angel hair pasta with meat and sauce.No garlic bread and no seconds.If that doesn't satisfy me there are almonds or rice cakes.
