Diario de slimvero, 20 ene. 11

today has been pretty amazing. although i was a little sore from last nights brisk walk, i stayed up after taking the kids to school. did plenty of chores here in the house, had my tea with cream and then later my breakfast. it's becoming so normal for me to prepare my breakfast and better yet, enjoy it so much. I drank turkish coffee today cuz i miss it... but i didn't have a full pot.

i ate pollo loco around 5 pm and after i hung out with my husband. i should have gone out to walk, but its really windy and getting cold... and well i got lazy.

it's time for bed and i have to eat or drink something before going to bed cuz my net carbs are really low today. i need to keep the fire burning.

oh and i finally found the ketostrips to check if i am in ketosis... I am! Moderate to high, but I am. Looking forward to making that strip totally purple by the end of tomorrow night.

I see the 197 lbs coming soon.... i feel it!!
