Diario de lisaappleton, 25 feb. 14

the scale is stuck at 181lbs and Im pretty peed off about it. I'm eating less, exercising regularly and yet I don't seem to be losing anymore. Maybe my diet needs a review. Think its too fruit-loaded which is unfortunate as I did my weekly shop yesterday and bought; melon, pineapple, blueberries, kiwi, papaya, pears, apples, bananas, oranges, grapefruit, raspberries, strawberries and cherries. That's a LOT of fruit isn't it?? Oh dear :(

Lisa.. Im not sure what too much fruit is or not, but you can filter on the amount of sugar intake you have in your diet.. on this site.. That may be some good info in there for you.. Also, your progress has been great.. Keep focus..

Your food journal looks so healthy! Im not a dietician but I think you are eating good. Maybe ypur body has reached a dteaded plateau... in which case you need to exercise slightly longer or increase the intensity. I wouldn't go any lower with the calories. Have you tried using tape measure to see how many inches you are losing? If you combine the scale with the tape measure you will have two different ways to track your progress. I bought one last week from walmart for under $1.50 so they are really cheap.

thanks guys. Ive been too nervous to get out the tape measure. Numbers dont lie lol! Ive been checking out the sugar and its way too much so Im cutting back on that and going to try and increase protein and add some fat instead. Sure is a balancing act!
