Me too. Dad will just have to eat his fattening stuff alone. 

Yea..very politely say "Thanks, but no thanks. I've worked too hard to get this far, and I am not done yet. " And stick to your guns. It took probably 4-5 months of telling my family no before they got the picture. lol 

Just thought I would share a little of what I do in these instances and that is that I take just a very small bit of anything that I would love to eat. That way I am not depriving myself of anything but just controlling my desires. Have a great day!
