Well I went to the gym today for the first time since joining this weekend. Did not do much just wanted to go and burn some calories. Have had to very long nights at work Sun,Mon. Body is a little tired and needs to recoup. From the 2 very long cases I did. I just needed to go to the gym today. So that I can feel Like I had officially started. In the morning I will go again. I will continue to go until I reach my goals.
