Hey Miss Jenn! To be honest, I am just fiddle farting around several programs and figured out one very important thing about myself. I signed up with WW's to see if I could eat the foods I gave up when I went grain free. My discovery was .... I start binging. Carbs crave more carbs. At least the bad carbs do. I am cool with anything except grains, it seems. I will get back to normal as soon as I get rid of the stuff I got at the store last week. :(
