oh well, been off my woe/wol since last week to today. But at least I'm back. Doing the 4 day diet again since it is easy for me to keep track of and keep my portions & foods under control. I went to the doc yesterday for my checkup and his scale weighs more than mine, plus I know I gained since I weighed in last but I'm not going to record it until after the 4 days just because I think some might be fluid retention and yes I know the overeating & not stuff on my food plan attribute to weight increase. AND also I just don't want to (record the gain). I've had a few downer days but I think I'm coming out of that, hopefully. So it is day 1 of the 4 day and I'll record the foods as I did last week.
