I’m still not putting stock into the weight on the scale. It’s the best thing I’ve ever done. Have started eating more intuitively and my out of control cravings have all but disappeared. I am usually aiming for 80% of what I eat being nutritionally worthwhile and 20% being satisfying food urges.

Can see and feel my body fat decreasing and other people around me have started noticing too. I’ve shifted my focus in general from weight loss to muscle gain and that, coupled with progressive overloading, has got my confidence going 📈📈📈.
2021 is THE year. No more fad diets. No more starving myself. No more unrealistic goals. In this house we stan being positive and feeling strong and healthy.
