Diario de runrgrrll, 15 feb. 14

Its been a spectacular day so far!! Woke up and went directly to my cycling class - burned 1022 calories in 60 minutes. I swear these hardcore workouts are really helping me. I tried on a pair of dress pants I havent been able to wear in 2 years last night and they fit again!!!
I was getting so down as I wasnt seeing any progress but I guess my body just needed less calories, less carbs and more exercise...gee, why I am surprised??? Im 45 not 25, hard to remember that sometimes!!!

Also had a wonderful walk with my darling doggy (i call him Boobear or my friends call him Nellie - he is very nervous as he is a rescue and was badly abused :( Went walked for about 45 minutes in our conservation area here...gorgeous day and only about -12 Celcius (10 F) which is SUPER WARM compared to the -25-36 days we have been so lucky to have (note: sarcasm)

Now, I may nap and tonight...THERE WILL BE WINE...WOOHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

Wow!! That's a lot of calories in an hour. I guess if you like wine like I do I should start doing some of this? Good job!
