When I lost the baby weight I did lose after the first two, I did it with pilates. This time around it's primarily bellydance, with a little pilates here and there. I've noticed this time the majority of the weight is coming off my spare tire where with the pilates it came primarily off my butt. I'm really digging the bellydance thing now. I'll step up some butt exercises, but if I had to choose, I'd rid myself of the tire and keep the big butt.
