Diario de POWENCH, 03 feb. 09

Ok..well, I just listened to Jillian Michaels tell everyone about how she hates the lies that trainers tell their clients when they don't loose weight..like "your gaining muscle" or "your loosing inches" and how she thinks it is all bullshit. That if you only loose 2 pounds in a month, it is because you didn't do what you needed to since it is about weight loss and what the scale says does count. Those are the things that I have been telling myself for the last month, time to get real here.

So now I am really beating myself up, cause I gained 2.8 pounds in the weight in tonight. Maybe I really am that delusional, but I guess I need to realize that I cannot eat some of the things that I have been eating...even within the point allowance, and loose weight. I CANNOT EAT THESE FOODS & LOSE WEIGHT. In any way, shape or form. I might be able to eat these foods in very small quantities once I reach goal, but right now I think they are off limits.

Hmmmm... I know what ive learned so far is we have to sacrifice or in positive terms change our lifestyles. Its frusturating cause everyone is different. I have old fat around my stomach ive already accepted that it will take a while. Its challenging getting enought "good" calories so your body doesn't go into starvation mode and hang on to the fat as fuel. Dont worry slow and steady wins the race. peace Annie

I think everyone has certain foods they just can't eat. I know that I do. Another problem is having things around that I just can't eat in moderation.
