A nice surprise weight loss today, though I put it down to coming towards the end of my PMTs. I really blew up like a balloon this month, so I guess most of the weight I was holding was water :) The food diary has been the best thing I ever did. there's no hiding or 'forgetting' about nibbles and naughties when you have to record everything. Also It surprises me how many MORE calories I have been eating than I realised. If I were to estimate my daily intake I would have put it at least 200 calories less than it actually is. No wonder I've been struggling in the past.
