Diario de POWENCH, 03 feb. 09

Today could be rough. In one week, I think I may have gained back the whole 2 flipping pounds I have lost in a month. I really fell into some hard thought processes the last couple of days. The struggle I am having now makes me wonder how the heck I am ever going to maintain a weight that is 50 pounds less than the one I am at now? How long can I say I am managing muscle mass? I am still looking for that reason to keep it together. I really need something to happen soon. I can feel myself loosing it and my head screaming NOT AGAIN!

Losing weight is hard and you have to have the right mentality. You have to find the motivation and really want to do it. If it's all overwhelming, then try to make small changes in your life. Do one thing at time such as eating more fruit, getting in some exercise, reward yourself with non food items. It's not easy. Just don't give up.
