Diario de nosequepongo, 09 feb. 14

I'm not weighing in for the weekend, I usually don't like to stress much about the diet while I can rest. I have been trying to not screw up, but this weekend was my best friend's Birthday/Bachelorette/Going Away Party, and it was divided in few stages, so we went out for dinner on Friday and after that drinking and dancing. On Friday I had shrimp with salad and couscous and I thought well I'm doing great until I decided that I wanted to have desert and had one portion of light chocolate ice cream. It wasn't so bad, but the scale will tell the truth tomorrow, after that drinks and dancing, for me there was much much dancing but not drinking and I'm very proud of myself, that Jägermeister would have ruined everything (in case the ice cream didn't) and for yesterday I had a rainbow trout with Parmesan cheese and after that lots of dancing and not drinks :D zero coke was my strongest drink this weekend. I thought I was going to give in to the peer pressure but it seems my willpower is stronger than it used to be before. I'm going out of town today with my daughter and some friends for a sunny day at the pool, hope those will be less embarrassing in few months :)
