Heading to Chili's to lunch with the hubby. Already checked out their options on here and decided on the Fajita Trio and a side of guacamole.
I compared this to all the salads and low and behold I will be making the smartest choice...EAT THIS NOT THAT!!! (I love that David Z guy)

The lesson.......PLAN AHEAD!!!!

It is so hard to eat out it seems. Taking leftovers home is often the best choice. I like to eat at Panera, but even eating there is difficult for me, sine I can't eat dairy.

ceceps - I don't have a problem eating at Chili's because they have many good choices and I can plan that ahead. I think my problem was we had lunch too late and it was too much way out of my normal routine. I love Panera too but that is a farther drive for us. I live in the boonies and not much around I care to choose from. We hardly ever go out anyway but were out doing some errands and planned to stop for some lunch while we were in that area. No dairy? lactose intolerant?
